Working closely with the club’s management, the project was to develop supporting material for presentation to the members and senior board. The club's vision for new development included making a series of alterations to the grounds and estate, including providing new changing facilities, storage and workshop space and new retail opportunities. Convincing the members for approval required a series of detailed drawings and presentations.
